KAPPY is a groundbreaking veterinary concept owned and staffed by a veterinary surgeon that provides a similar service to a human paramedic ambulance and is based around a purpose designed and fully equipped vehicle.
The service has two main roles:
1. To transport companion animals in a controlled and supervised environment.
2. To provide first-aid treatment to pets away from practices before moving them for more thorough veterinary attention.
The ambulance is also able to provide medical support at any events where companion animals are present.
